My experience working with Ryan Charmley at Rapid i Media was outstanding. He certainly knows the meaning of customer service and professionalism. I was a bit stressed out about having a website built for my company.
As a business owner I don’t have a lot of time, and I don’t know anything about web design. Thankfully Ryan made the process extremely streamlined and enjoyable. I found Ryan to be professional at all times, easy to work with, knowledgeable and best of all accessible. I had Ryan install a Blog for me – it works seamlessly with the rest of my web site and best of all it’s simple to use and looks great! The development work done by Rapid iMedia really lived up to its name. My vision for the site was soon understood and Rapid iMedia worked closely with me to develop my site and was online before I began absorbing the fact that the work was underway. In the end the quality of the product exceeded my expectations and the development team was incredible to work with.
